Why isn't the quick reply enabled?
It's a very handy feature for those short and quick replies that say everything there needs to be said.

its a modification (a hack), it isnt default

i could mod out a default board, and then send over the changed files if he would like

i could even use a different template to start from, whatever colors

not a big deal, i've done two boards in the last 10 days anyway, including one where i had to set up the sql itself

ib = ikonboard
ubb = ultimate bulletin board
ipb = invision power board
phpbb = php bulletin board
vb = vbulletin
yabb = yet another bulletin board

i think ikonboard still has it's uses.
like when my server has no mySQL installed!

i want to have something with flatfile management.
ubb was one. but it's payware. poor souls like me can only settle for clones like ikonboard. iB is still refered to as ikonboard thou.

iPB is Invision.
