How do I fix this comment?

Postby wsite » Sat Sep 16, 2006 11:39 am

<-- End Section Nav -->

The above is showing in the left menu at numerous pages throughout my site (all main sections except Buying, Guide and Learn, which I understand are treated independently from other sections).

Here's an example:

If I am correct, the person who developed my site left the exclamation point out of the comment. The developer is evidently unavailable at this time and I've been hoping to fix the problem myself.

I know little if anything about Coranto but believe I can fix this problem. Only I don't know where to fix it. I have spent considerable time looking through templates, etc. but just can not figure it out.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd very much appreciate it!! Thank you!

It could theoretically be located in a template, but that is highly unlikely. Instead, you should look through your different styles, available from Administration -> Edit news styles, inside your Coranto web interface. I'm pretty sure you'll find it in one of them.

Thanks!!

Ya know, I looked and looked in the styles for quite some time and couldn't find it. But your post made me look once again.

This time I used the browser Find feature and, yipee, I found and corrected the comment error. But when I checked the error still showed on pages. So I did a Rebuild and also cleared my browser cache. Walla!

I'm a happy camper. My first meaningful tweak! :lol: :!:

Thanks again!

Good thing you remembered to do a rebuild and clean your cache. Not everyone would think of that ;)

Anyway, glad it worked - keep tweakin'!
