I don't think you can use the php include command with relative paths. It has to be an absolute (or possibly an URL will work, depending on your server's PHP setup)

Don't use the URL, use the absolute path. To find your absolute path, do:

Code: Select all
<?php

echo $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'];

?>

The page you insert the include command, where is that on the server? The root? As I read the above, the page would have to be inside cgi-bin/vijesti folder... if you have a sub-folder, like "html" or something, only "../clanak/news.txt" is needed. But I'm also not so sure with relative paths. Usually, I add the contentpage in the same folder as the txt-file...

You really need to start in the right end of this problem, which is to *locate* the file you are trying to include and make sure the path are correct before you do the actual include. Otherwise you don't know if it is the include that is the problem, or the file...

So, if I am understanding you correctly, your document root is:
Code: Select all
/home/vijestip/public_html/clanak/
And that translates to your domain:
Code: Select all
http://www.sportskevijesti.com/

So, basically the path /home/vijestip/public_html/clanak/Top10.txt should map to the URL: http://www.sportskevijesti.com/clanak/Top10.txt

But it doesn't look like the file is there!? Since http://www.sportskevijesti.com/clanak/news.txt seems to be accesible, you need to find out where your Top10.txt file *really* is located, or even exist? Is it generated? After you have sorted that out, you can start including it, which I think you will find much easier then... ;-)

Doesn't work for me... It is extremly hard for anyone outside with no possibility to see your complete folder structure and ability to FTP to your server to get a grip of exactly what it is that you are missing. We have given you so much info we can, but it really is up to you to know where your files are located...
