OK, I got it set up for the post part, but now when i try to build news...the loading is so so so slow, also try to submit news it's slow as well.

What will be the code to put onto the website. I have <include #virtual="headlines/headlines.txt">

So why is it going so slow

but when I "build news" it never loads. Just keeps saying loading.

I did use that code, but when i go to use "build news" i can take a shower, and that sort of thing, and the page still wouldn't have loaded. please help. thanx.
