Getting error when submitting news

I'm getting an error when I try to submit news

Could not rename newsdat.txt to ndtmp2.txt I turned off automatically build news and I still get this error? :x any ideas?

newdat.txt is the file where all items are stored. Every time you submit a new item or edit an old one this file must be written to.

Coranto is unable to create a temporary file that is used by this process. Check the permissions for the folder where newsdat.txt is stored. Check to be sure that the server has enough room for a file the same size as your existing newsdat.txt file to be written. If you are on shared hosting your quota may be enough but the physical drive may be low on space OR the physical drive may have enough space but you are exceeding your storage quota.
