SQL version of Coranto

Postby bozoka45 » Tue Jan 03, 2006 8:11 pm

I would like to suggest an SQL version of Coranto be made available for download. There really would be no majro difference between this release the normal downloadble file, just the CorantoSQL addon would come enabled, with a few additional steps in the setup in order to get the user information. Also, I would like to see the nsettings data added as an SQL table, as I have already propsed in this thread. It would need to be made a tad bit cleaner, but that shouldn't be much of a problem.

I would not recommend having branched versions even if the change between them are small. The gap *will* grove over time...

I do agree that your suggestion about saving nsettings.cgi in an SQL table is good and should be incorporated both in future SQL enabled Coranto versions and the CSQL addon.
Yes, I am still around...
